I have since suffered from three miscarriages, possibly due to an autoimmune issue (not sure yet). The last one, we only told 1-2 people, though afterwards I am comfortable with telling almost anyone. I see other women who tell right away and I think that's just fine as well. With our children, we hold off on telling them (even with the healthy pregnancies) until around 10 weeks but with the miscarriages, we tell them afterwards. We then bury the babies (whatever tissue we have) and have been naming them. They were c-sections, one born at 36 weeks, the last at 32....etc, etc- it wasn't easy!
